EDUCATION AND TRAINING

LITA LLC, doing business as Modern Healer, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Modern Healer,” “LITA LLC,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) is a direct to consumer and direct to business education, coaching, and training company. Our offerings may include workshops, retreats, online courses, coaching, consulting, and related tools, software, and resources that focus on business growth, leadership, personal development, and nervous system and burnout recovery.

We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or guaranteed money making system. We believe that with education and training, individuals can be better prepared to make their own business, financial, and life decisions, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

We do not make earnings claims, effort claims, return on investment claims, or claims that our training, coaching, tools, or software will make you any specific amount of money. Results depend on many factors, including your background, experience, effort, implementation, resources, personal health, and market conditions.

All materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, worksheets, tools, software, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Modern Healer, LITA LLC, or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any duplication, reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, or public display of our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

EXAMPLES, CASE STUDIES, AND HYPOTHETICAL SCENARIOS

The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood or probability that any actual or hypothetical client will achieve any particular outcome by participating in our training, coaching, workshops, retreats, or using our tools or software.

Any examples, case studies, client stories, or hypothetical scenarios that appear in our presentations, events, or materials are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. Unless expressly stated, they do not represent the typical or average experience of our clients.

Past results, whether described by us or by clients, are not a guarantee of future success. Outcomes in any period may be higher, lower, or materially different from those of another period. No representation is being made that any person will or is likely to achieve results or experiences similar to those described, or that losses, setbacks, or other adverse outcomes will be avoided.

If our materials reference financial results, business growth, lifestyle changes, or other outcomes, such references should be understood as examples only. Your business decisions and any financial decisions you make involve risk and uncertainty, and you could lose money.

Examples and hypothetical scenarios used in Company presentations and materials may include information compiled from third party sources. While the Company believes such third party information to be from sources it considers reliable, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

LENDING AND FINANCING

The Company is not a lender, does not issue credit, is not a bank or financial institution, and does not act as a credit counselor or provide professional financial planning or debt counseling services. Any decision to use credit cards, personal loans, lines of credit, or other financing to invest in training, coaching, software, retreats, or other products or services is solely your decision.

If we refer you to or provide information about lenders, financing companies, or consulting firms, those entities are independently owned and operated and are not controlled by or legally affiliated with Modern Healer or LITA LLC, unless specifically disclosed. The Company does not receive referral fees or compensation for lending or other services provided by these independent parties unless expressly stated.

You should carefully assess your own financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and obligations, and you are encouraged to consult with your own financial advisor, accountant, or other qualified professional before using borrowed funds or purchasing financial consulting services.

Using borrowed money to purchase education, coaching, software, or other products or services at high interest rates or under unfavorable terms may significantly reduce or completely eliminate any potential benefit, and may cause you to lose more than you initially invested. If you cannot make required minimum payments to banks or lenders, you may incur additional fees, penalties, and interest, and you may damage your credit profile.

Modern Healer and LITA LLC assume no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, underwriting decisions, collection practices, or content of any independent lenders, financing companies, or consulting firms.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEYS

To continually improve the customer experience, we may survey our customers from time to time about their satisfaction with our education, coaching, workshops, retreats, software, and support.

It is difficult to track and verify which customers implement, complete, or consistently apply the training or coaching they receive. Some customers attend a workshop or purchase a course for educational purposes only, do not purchase additional training, and may or may not implement what is taught, yet may still be included in survey results.

Testimonials, reviews, and survey responses reflect individual experiences and personal opinions of people who have purchased or participated in some part of our education or training. Individual results will vary, and testimonials or reviews should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on each person’s effort, time, skill, health, personal history, and many other factors that are outside our control.

The Company does not systematically track monetary results. Instead, we may survey customers regarding the perceived value of our education, coaching, training, software, and support, as well as their overall satisfaction. Survey results may be reported as an average rating across some or all products and services over a given time frame, such as a 12 month period.

You may be invited to complete a satisfaction survey or provide feedback. By submitting a survey, testimonial, or review, you confirm that:

- The information you provide accurately reflects your honest experience, and

- You have not been promised or provided any financial incentive to give a positive or misleading review.

By submitting a testimonial, review, or survey response, you grant the Company permission to publish your feedback and comments, in whole or in part, on Company websites, marketing materials, and various online review outlets, in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not publish personally identifiable information without your consent, except as allowed by law or as you voluntarily provide for publication (for example, your name and business name when you explicitly consent to their use).

THIRD PARTIES

The Company may link to content, refer to content, or provide access to products and services created or provided by third parties that are not owned or controlled by Modern Healer or LITA LLC.

We are not responsible for, do not control, and do not routinely monitor third party content, websites, platforms, products, or services. Links or references to third party resources do not constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the Company.

Third party content and services may be subject to terms and conditions, privacy policies, confidentiality provisions, pricing, and other provisions that are different from those applicable to the Company and its products and services. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any third party terms and policies before using their sites, products, or services.

The Company assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, legality, reliability, quality, or opinions contained in third party content, products, or services. If you choose to access or use such content, products, or services, you do so at your own risk.

The Company may from time to time provide services in collaboration with or refer you to third party businesses. Some of these businesses may have common ownership, shared interests, or collaboration agreements with the Company. Any such relationships do not alter the fact that third party terms and conditions, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, and other provisions are governed separately from your customer relationship with Modern Healer and LITA LLC.

Third party company names, logos, brands, and products are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Use or display of such names, logos, brands, or products by the Company does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship of Modern Healer or LITA LLC by those third parties, unless expressly stated.
