At Modern Yoga Teacher, we run a 5-month marketing and business coaching program for yoga teachers to help them reach their audience, change the lives of their clients, and exponentially grow their yoga businesses.
An ideal accountability coach is someone who is passionate about this mission and understands his/her contribution to it. He/she is a true professional and an excellent listener, communicator and coach. He/She and has at least 1 year of professional coaching experience and has experienced personal business success.
In addition to being a great coach, the ideal candidate is confident in creating video training and tutorials, hosting group support calls to answer student questions, and provides excellent feedback on students’ Niche, Perfect Client, Signature Program, and Webinar work. We are looking for a true team player who is organized, self-sufficient, proactive, an excellent communicator, and eager to help grow our clients’ businesses.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Hosting group Kick Start Zoom calls with clients to let them know everything they need to know to make the most of the program and move through it in the best way possible.

Having 1:1 calls with students assigned to him/her; to give feedback, make strategic decisions and plans, provide personal support and overcome various roadblocks.

Reviewing and giving feedback on student assignments, including niche and ideal client worksheets, signature program outlines, and online workshops/webinars.

Hosting biweekly group support calls on Zoom.

Assisting in updating/creating material for the online membership area in areas that apply to his/her role, if needed.

Provide feedback and contribute to conversations with coaches and managers necessary to perform, coordinate and improve our program and workplace.

Salary:

Salaries are negotiated based on experience.

Work Hours:

Must be available at least 15 hours weekly
